	Domestic Sales Executive
	Job Descriptions: Use your brain to talk with decision makers of local state-owned and private enterprises in target industry Keen to know the needs of potential clients and find our solutions Workindependently to fulfill whole sales cycle over the phone. Oversee all aspects of pre-sales research activities such as industrial investigation, leads generation, project briefing. Generation of new leads and prospects. Assist in on-site conference operations when required. Report to team manager about daily sales process Job Requirements: College degree or above Ambitious and confident Highly motivated, assertive and enthusiastic An understanding of the conference industry. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Marketing Communications or Social Sciences. Excellent skills in terms of business negotiation Fluency in both written and spoken English, CET-6 or above. Effective team player Working experience in conference/exhibition industry will be preferred. Fresh graduate students are also welcomed
	Overseas Sales Executive
	As an overseassales executive with INNCH, you will be selling high-priced conference attendance to senior executives in famous corporations around the world. You need to know how to research, to have excellent telephone manners, be confident speaking to CXO level executives and be a target driven individual. You like to talk on the phone, build relationship with clients, keen to find out their needs, self-motivated at all times, extremely results driven, motivated to earn lots of RMB, hardworking,love to work on targets &achieve goals. Job Descriptions: Speak to the decision makers of world's leading companies in targeted industry and sell Work multi-functional to independently fulfill whole sales cycle over the phone Keen to find out customer’s need through tele-conversations Generation of new leads and prospects Assist in on-site conference operations when required Report to team manager about daily sales process Job Requirements: College degree or above Highly motivated, Ambitious and confident An understanding of the conference industry Fluency in both written and spoken English, CET-6 or above Effective team player Working experience in conference/exhibition industry will be preferred Fresh graduate students are also welcomed
	Sales Manager
	Job Descriptions: Supervise the sales executives from lead generation, sales process to on-site delivery at the event Set up project planning and ensure sales target Liaise closely with staff across the conference production marketing, and operations teams Responsible for sponsorship and exhibition sales by telephone Oversee all aspects of pre-sales research activities such as industrial investigation, leads generation, project briefing Hold regular weekly meeting for the project sales team to review and set the target for the next week sales revenue Identify prospective clients by monitoring internal and external publications, websites, competitive exhibitions and conferences Guide and train sales executives to achieve the sales target Manage the accounts of both new and existing clients across the world Weekly report to Sales Director regarding project progress Job Requirements: Bachelor degree required 2 years or above conference sales experience One year project management experience or above Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines under minimal supervision Experience completing the sales cycle, including targeting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals Open minded with self-motivation and team work spirit Fluency in both written and spoken English, CET-6, TEM-4 or above
	Conference Producer
	Conference Producers are professionals that take ultimate responsibility for the success of an individual or series of events by making sure the intellectual content is right.A Conference Producer’s life is governed by deadlines, relationships and an innate ability to capture the imagination of the target audience. It can be an extremely exciting and rewarding career role for professionals with the right blend of skills and experience. Job Descriptions: Communicate with the industrial experts and elites to collect and analyze the information. Take responsibility of all aspects of the conference production and project management, including business research, topic generation, market identification, program development, copy writing, speaker invitation, on-site coordination and post-event follow up. Research and develop 3-5 world-class conference programs per year. Responsible for developing strategic partnership with leading international associations and companies. Support the sales and marketing team to promote the subject event. Commission high caliber global speakers Manage on-site speakers and VIP At least take 6-month project sales execution in the sales department. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree required or above A superb communicator with confidence and persistence Fluency in both spoken and written English CET-6，TEM-4 or above 1 or 2 years commercial experience with excellent learning skills in any related business area Good business understanding of China's market driven sectors Open minded with self-motivation and team work spirit Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines under minimal supervision Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
